Just bought an ebook from me? Not sure how to get hold of it? Here’s how.
In order to make it easier I use Bookfunnel to distribute my books. When you buy a book from my site, or download a free book, Bookfunnel will send you an email with a link to click to get your book. It should look roughly like this:
The text reads:
Your books are here!
Open each link below to download your book files to your device, or get your books in seconds with the bookfunnel app.
Use the BookFunnel App
- Open the BookFunnel App on your device. Don’t have the app? get it for IOS Android or Fire OS
- Enter a Bookfunnel code blow or log in with (your email) to access all of your books.
- Send our books to Kindle or another reading app or start reading immediately

If you click on the link in your email (these links are not live because the real ones expire after 13 days) you should end up at a page like this:
You can either click on ‘start reading in your browser’ and read it through your web browser or you can click on the blue button labelled GET MY COPY. You will then be presented with options.
The options box which pops up when you click to download a book from bookfunnel, gives you the choices of reading in Bookfunnel, kindle, kobo, nook, playbooks or to read it in browser. You can also download the book to your pc or device in however many formats the author supports (in my case pdf or epub) or email it to yourself (more on that later). Click on the option for whatever e-reader you wish to use, let’s pretend we’re going with Kindle. A page of instructions will load which looks like this:
In all cases, bookfunnel will walk you through the instructions.
To email the book to yourself click the little email button. Likewise you can download it to upload it to your ereader.
Note: Downloading is always good as the links expire after a fortnight.
